YOUTUBE被封到底为啥？

广受欢迎的国际视频分享网站YOUTUBE目前在中国再度无法浏览。究竟是什么原因导致YOUTUBE在中国再度被封？自由亚洲电台记者闻剑的采访报道

YOUTUBE网站现在在中国打不开。中国外交部发言人秦刚星期二对记者表示，他不知道YOUTUBE网站被封的消息。既然中国外交部的发言人都不知道，记者于是询问知晓此事的民间人士，四川作家冉云飞。冉先生表示，封杀YOUTUBE网站对于中国政府来说是个常态：

“封网站对他们来讲是公开的秘密。谁都知道，国内要看国外的网站，很多都要翻墙。建立那个金盾工程，他就是这样做的，就是大张旗鼓地限制言论自由，限制公众的知情权。YOUTUBE被封的话，对他们来讲是一个常态。”

有喜爱YOUTUBE网站的中国网友早在YOUTUBE网站被封之前就担心，由于YOUTUBE网站近期有许多被中国政府认为是敏感信息的内容，网站被封随时都会发生。旅居瑞典的中国问题观察人士李野表示，YOUTUBE网站被封说明中国政府还在一如继往地封杀不同的声音：

“这就好像是只要YOUTUBE不改变自己的信念，共产党也不会改变自己的信念，只要现实双方都没有改变，我觉得被封是很正常的一个事情，又不是第一次了。”

虽然外交部发言人秦刚星期二对外表示他对YOUTUBE网站被封一事不知情，但却同时表示，中国政府不惧怕互联网，中国有三亿网民和一亿博客恰恰显示“中国的互联网是足够开放的”，用法律规范互联网是为了避免有害信息的散播和国家安全。对此，李野表示：

“我觉得，他应该是非常害怕这个互联网，因为很多小事，比如北京要实行单双号，实行进城收费，他跟国内百姓的说法就是跟国际接轨，举了国外很多例子，比如就举到了我现在住的斯德哥尔摩的例子，说斯德哥尔摩也是进市中心要收费，全世界都收费。但是，事实上是怎么回事呢？很多国内媒体引用境外的一些事情，断章取义地把他需要的这一块说出来。斯德哥尔摩是白天最黄金的上下班时间收20克朗的进城费。如果互联网彻底开放的之后，这些细节的信息都会广泛传播。”

李野认为，秦刚说中国政府不惧怕互联网等于在说“此地无银三百两”；冉云飞则认为，那是愚蠢的套话：

“有害的信息由谁来制定？什么是有害？什么是无害？网络信息就像电影一样，你采取分级制度，如果采取分级制度的话，成年人拥有浏览任何信息的权利。有害不有害，我自己清楚，你没有替我判断的权利，哪怕你是政府，你是国家。”

那控制互联网能与国家安全挂钩吗？

“什么叫国家安全？国家安全是什么呢？比如说五二一大地震的死难人数，还要国家安全吗？为什么不公布？有没有国家安全这回事？有。但是，没有像中国政府宽泛到这么可笑的地步，什么事都以国家安全来推脱！”

网站YOUTUBE现在在中国无法浏览，是不是因为传播中国政府认为的有害信息和危害到中国的国家安全，中国外交部“无可奉告”，于是有网友无奈且又幽默地借用外交部发言人的常用的套话说，对于关闭YOUTUBE网站“这种暴行”，网友们“深表遗憾并强烈谴责”。

Itunes已证实被封，目前只有大陆用户无法登陆（附上解决方案）

如题Itunes store目前只有大陆用户无法登陆，而偶在国外的朋友皆无此问题。由此推断只有被封的可能性了。但是道高一尺魔高一丈。偶已经找到翻墙进入的办法了。只提供软件名大家自行下载

软件是Hotspot Shield
该软件是通过VPN代理将偶们的IP模拟成美国IP。软件分为Windows版和Mac版大家自行选择

iTunes Store在大陆出现访问问题

感谢不得不说的投递

据威锋网(Weiphone)的多名网友反馈,苹果的iTunes Store 中国大陆地区已经无法访问,据苹果客服表示,正在密切关注此事,目前只会影响到中国大陆地区的用户.
iTunes Store是苹果针对自家产品的音乐商店,目前还没有具体针对中国进行市场销售,也没有中文版.

目前无法访问的原因未知,一打开就提示连接被重置,由于苹果产品的广泛的被使用,所以这次估计会影响到在京的外国运动员.

亲爱的胡总书记，您好：

前几个月臭名昭著的花花公子网站的解禁已经让人担心不已，没想到随着伟大的、百年不愿遇的北京圣奥运会的到临，一小撮坏人乘机活动，居然在7月31日将一些西方资本主义国家的反动、腐朽、黄色、暴力的网站包括美国在线中文版、英国BBC中文版、中文维基百科、美国之音、德国之声、雅虎香港、香港明报、自由亚洲电台、加拿大广播公司……解封以后，今天又惊悉Google.com网站居然不跳转到Google.cn谷歌中国版了！
天啦！这么多很黄很暴力的网站，居然在8月份孩子们的暑假期间都可以访问了！这是什么人解封的啊？！！我抗议！我抗议！
天啦，这样我和孩子们再也不需要在新浪网上找黄色图片和黄色笑话了，
天啦，这样我不用再在百度通过高级搜索找黄色网站了，
天啦，这样我和孩子们再也不用躲在被窝里偷听敌台了，
天啦，这么多西方腐朽的东西突然可以看见了，让我和孩子们再也没有时间看奥运会了！
天啦，亲爱的胡总书记啊，您就管管吧！
天啦，一下子失去了伟大的Great Firewall of China，面对西方国家的那么多的洪水猛兽，可叫我们怎么淘啊，可加我们的孩子怎么办啊！

罗格：在中国网络自由问题上太天真

国际奥委会主席罗格在北京记者招待会上表示，国际奥委会从来没有与北京达成过任何协议接受中国对互联网的限制。

但他承认国际奥委会在中国网络自由问题上也许过于'天真'了。

罗格还说，在国际奥委会的要求下，中国已经取消了对某些网站的封锁，其中包括BBC中文网。

不过，仍有不少中国政府不喜欢的网站并没有解封。被封的网站每天似乎都在变。而且如果打入一些关键的敏感词，显示的就通常是空页。

比如，如果键入'天安门屠杀'，会出现一个网页，但上面所有的图片都无法显示。

法轮功组织以及西藏独立组织等的网站也仍在被封禁之列，中国方面指这些网站威胁中国国家安全。

罗格表示，网站被封不能指责国际奥委会。因为"不是我们而是中国当局在管理这里的互联网"

工作小组

此前，有外国媒体在报道中称国际奥委会与中国达成某种协议，允许北京封禁部分网站。

国际奥委会执行委员高斯珀星期六否认了这一说法，并说奥委会主席罗格亲口告诉他，国际奥委会一贯的寻求全面网络自由的政策并没有改变。

高斯珀透露，国际奥委会和北京奥组委已经成立了一个工作小组，专门讨论敏感网站的解禁问题。

高斯珀本周早些时候对媒体表示，国际奥委会部分高层人士知道中国在奥运期间不会解禁所有网站，引发有关国际奥委会在互联网自由方面向北京妥协的猜测。不过他随后更正了自己的说法，并作出道歉。

国际奥委会新闻官员也澄清说，高斯珀所提到的不会被解禁的网站其实指的是部分被中国视为危害其国家安全的网站和色情网站。

抗议问题

国际奥委会主席罗格重申，参加北京奥运的各国运动员可以在公开场合批评中国的人权问题，中国在西藏和达尔富尔的政策以及其他问题。但不能在奥运村和其他奥运场馆参与抗议和政治宣传活动，否则就将意味着"和谐奥运的终结"。

临近奥运，北京在人权，环境等一系列问题上遭到国际社会的批评。

一些参加奥运的运动员已经表示有可能会以抗议的方式表达他们的不满。还有一些运动员呼吁中国政府，在他们关心的问题上采取行动。

美国职业篮球运动员科比·布莱恩特摄制录像，呼吁在苏丹达尔富尔问题上向中国施加压力。

污染问题

北京市的空气污染问题也是国际奥委会和北京奥组委讨论的重点之一。经过本周早些时候的降雨，北京市的空气质量已有明显好转。

不过各国体育官员以及运动员们对北京的空气质量仍抱有担心。

日本代表团为运动员准备了500个施工工地用的面罩，英国运动员可能使用可舒缓眼部对污染反应的隐形眼镜。

然对众多公民而言，宪法只是一纸空文。本站自开通以来一直在遵纪守法的前提下记录生活、发表自己的言论，但在熬愠前夕被GFW封锁，致使国内用户无法访问本站，以下是相关证据：

记得去年有一段时间曾看到过上海某软件工程师因为网站被GFW封锁起诉中国电信的报道，被称为“中国网络法治第一案”，时至今日，此案似已“销声匿迹”，然不管结果如何，此案至少给人们几丝希望，小快人心。

2007年2月28日，我发现我自己做的一个网站http://www.realcix.com/不能上了，和国外的朋友一联系，发现他们都能上，设一个代理，也能上，大概是被电信封锁了。很奇怪，这个网站是关于一个个人财务软件的，文件都是我亲手上载的，不可能涉及黄色和不恰当的政治，我都不敢相信电信会封这样的东西。做了一个路由跟踪，出问题的路由器是中国电信内部的。我是电信的宽带用户，于是给电信报了一个故障。电话里来来回回很多次，差不多耗了4个礼拜，他们大概做了一个内部小调查，然后告诉我说，这个问题的原因是“非回复性原因”并且他们对我的问题不可能做任何事情。真是不可思议。然后我要求他们提供一个正式的书面答复，回答是没有！他们最多能通过电话对我进行告知。

其实我很早就听说中国的这个长城防火墙计划，据说还是思科做的总包，来自地球上最民主的国家。我开始还以为，只是过滤一下黄色的东西，没想到现在……花的是我们纳税人的钱，反过头来整得我没脾气。真是很不服气，我并没有机会参加这个项目的决策过程，问到信息产业部，什么都不知，甚至在网上都查不到这个项目的信息。我的很多朋友都劝我算了，和信息产业部、中国电信掰手腕，我不够级别！劝我另外注册一个域名，换个主机服务商。但这不是我的性格，何况，这事往大了说关系到全国人民的权利问题，关系到民主问题。我愿意相信全世界人民的良知，如果，我能就这个问题提起一个公益诉讼，争取到国际国内媒体和公众的支持，我相信我不会输。

要打官司，就有很多技术问题，

起诉谁。最终我定下来起诉中国电信，尽管我不知道它是不是长城防火墙的运营主体，就算我知道谁在负责这个东西，我也很难起诉它。按照中国法律，必须是直接的厉害关系才能起诉。我是中国电信的客户，问题路由器在其管理网段内，我只可能先起诉它，否则法院根本不会受理。
起诉什么。说心里话，我想直接诉中国电信违反了我的信息获取权，知情权，可惜现在中国宪法没有这一条规定。不信各位查一查就知道我说的对了。我只能诉电信违反了它和我之间的服务合同。按照这个合同，中国电信必须在48小时内修复客户的故障，如果不能修复，必须对客户进行告知。从情理上说，我认为我碰到的问题就是中国电信的故障。
证据。这个问题有多难，我心里可知道。好在我对电脑和网络还算得上一只三脚猫。我通过上海浦东公证处，对于 http://www.realcix.com/的可访问性，被封锁的情况，路由的情况都做了一个操作，屏幕拷贝成了公证书，大家可以看一下底下的链接。又到浦东工商局调出中国电信（其子公司上海电信）的地址，给它发了一个公证函。果然，电信并没有理睬我。自己认为，法庭公正的话，这些证据应该够了。当然，公众和媒体的支持很重要。否则，法院很难公平处理此案。这些证据的取得花费了我两千人民币，一千是关于计算机操作的，一千是公正函件的价格。应该说我是幸运的，做公正那天，代理服务器整好可以用。老天大概也希望我举证成功吧!
官司之外。希望这个官司能成为一个真正的公益官司，中国的公民们能真正关心自己的权利，不要太害怕去当出头鸟，一起呼吁把宪法给该了，增加保护公民知情权的条款，并指定具体的信息访问保护法，例如，对电信这样的企业，不可滥用信息监管，起码，当公民提出申请的时候，它有义务以法律承认的方式，例如纸头，传真，正式网页等，告知被封锁的原因。重要的是，所有的中国公民们都拿全体公民的事当自己的事，这事就好办了。有一件事，我真有点感触，我到处发邮件，找支持，结果，还真的是一些老外再给我反馈，替我着急。中国人自己的反馈，嘿，还真一个没有！没事，我相信会有的！

这个社会，通过正常途径诉求利益已经不大可能了。如果你已受够忍气吞声、逆来顺受，何不先从改变自己开始、接着改变别人、改变社会？

What is CICI?

CICI (pronounced chi-chi) is one of three online gadgets created by Amnesty International Australia as part of a campaign for human rights and specifically for an end to internet repression in China.

The CICI measures the level of Internet Censorship in China from tests to selected websites and reporting the results.

During the build up to the Beijing Olympic Games, some websites which were previously inaccessible, have become wholly or partly accessible. The CICI will test these and other sites throughout the Olympic Games and until the end of 2008, to monitor and report on changes in internet censorship in China. Amnesty International will use the information collected to pressure the Chinese authorities so they don't revert to their former ways.

PAC + SSH翻墙

话说最近GFW又连续封了SourceForge和Facebook，虽然我朝答应在奥运的时候给外国友人们一个开放的internet，但估计到时也是一个适当开放的internet罢了。

说起GFW，这个GreatWall的虚拟版本虽然如它的实体一样声名远扬，不过却是相当狼藉。对于我来说，GFW最操蛋的有以下两点：

1、flickr上08年前（大致上是这个时间）的图片都被GFW了，可怜我07年初还买了pro帐号
2、My Opera以及Blogspot（最近刚刚解封）、Wordpress的BSP托管或者国外的个人博客上大量的博文无法观看，当然这个可以通过Google Reader等订阅观看，但是这样会把我的订阅列表搞的相当不整洁

当然，现在又要至少加上一点了：SourceForge。

为了解决这些问题，最初的时候到处找代理，可是稳定的代理相当罕见，后来就开始戴Tor。不过这玩意的速度相当的慢，后面也放弃了。再后来开始用Hotspot Shield这个免费的VPN，不过每次拨号之类的也颇费时间，偶尔还使使小性子掉掉线。

所以后来买了MT的Dedicated-Virtual后，便开始用SSH + PAC代理配置文件翻墙。MT的服务稳定且优质，速度也很不错，所以后面我开始不仅仅使用它翻墙，还用它来加速对国外一些站点的访问。

PAC是Proxy Auto-Config的缩写，它其实是一段Javascript脚本，实现了一个FindProxyForUrl的函数，使用正则表达式来查找匹配URL的Proxy。下面举一个例子：

DIRECT的意思是不使用代理直接连接。Mac OS X可以直接针对某个网络连接使用PAC文件（还是Mac好，嘿嘿），而主流的浏览器也都提供了PAC文件的支持。

上面代码中的本地7070端口的SOCKS代理就是使用SSH来创建的，你可以在*nix的系统终端里运行：

这样就可以在本地打开一个SOCKS代理，随意冲浪，享受出墙的快感。:p

www.facebook.com多台Web服务器IP已经被全面过滤，目前彻底无法访问

我只是一名支持奥运的普通技术人员，希望借Facebook的平台开发奥运倒计时牌以让世界人民都了解中国的悠久文明。这对于我们伟大的北京奥运来说是多么重要的一件事情，要知道美国的大学生90%都上Facebook，我们有必要让他们关注我们这个东方大国啊！。

我个人已经按照相关指示把博客设置为先审核，后发表的状态。我只希望你们能够把过滤技术继续改善改善，不要如此粗鲁地把所有的内容都过滤掉。Facebook不是Flickr，也不是SourceForge，这种过滤对你们自己也是非常不利的。一个比较实在的建议。谢谢。

另外，Facebook上有海内外大量支持胡主席和温总理的网友，我也是其中一员，这些支持者可是真心实意希望我们中国国富民强的。

后面tracert得到的IP，219.158，是“中国网通骨干网”，看来这一次网通把电信远远抛在了后头。回想起昨天在北京网通的营业厅里看到人山人海，排满了长队。我实在是感慨不已。

几次去交电话费，营业员都完全没有尊重客户的习惯。今天，网通就再一次证实了他们牛逼的地方。

终于，这个时刻来到了。今天12点46分。北京时间，北京网通。

我以为只是Facebook的问题（虽然我知道这是我一厢情愿的以为），但错误信息显然不太像是Server出了问题。我问了42Friends的David和鲜果的公军，他们也无法访问Facebook。

我反复测试，www.facebook.com 都是连接被重置（典型的GFW现象）。就在我为了帮忙在Facebook上宣传奥运之时，这座华丽的SNS城堡轰然倒下。为什么我宣传北京奥运、支持北京奥运的机会都没有？

感谢CCTV，感谢MTV，感谢……就在Facebook推出中文版之后一周；就在我们北京SNS爱好者交流会刚刚结束后的2天，发生了这件事情。

google被封的时候，就像是地震，受灾的是所有人，起码个体心理上是平衡的，而且当时确信这种引起公愤的事情不会持续很久，我们都忍了，虽然最后等来的是被“阉割一新”的google。

tumblr 被封的时候，就像被抄家，本是一个方便快捷的miniblog，虽然没有熟人用，自己却很喜欢，把鸡毛蒜皮的小东西方便地放在里面，自娱自乐，别有情趣。被和谐之后，仿佛自家大门上被贴上了封条，心疼和别扭只有自己知道，在强大的gfw面前，进自己家就象是做贼，要翻墙，要带tor，以便捷为特色的 tumblr，失去便捷性，也就失去了使用的价值。

flickr被封的时候，就像隔岸观火，虽然很多人在用，毕竟自己很少用，别人抱怨就抱怨吧，牢骚就牢骚吧，谁让你们崇洋媚外，我天朝不是有yupoo么，虽然是个不折不扣的模仿者。

wikipedia, blogger, wordpress等被封的时候，就像是焚书坑儒，嬴政李斯当年在做这些的时候，有明显的政治目的：因为刚刚建立的秦帝国需要为其中央集权实现意识形态上的统一，烧了若干儒家典籍，埋了四百几十个方士儒生，目标明确，方法简单粗暴，就如同如今gfw之所作所为。倒是后来董仲舒汉武帝的罢黜百家独尊儒术，同样是出于中央集权的目的，方式方法上温和得多，也有效得多，因为“独尊儒术”是将儒学作为官学，从而吸引有才华的人学习、参与和推广，“罢黜百家”却不是将其他学派和观点一笔抹杀，只是官方不鼓励不支持，民间却还是可以自由保留和发展。以史为鉴，焚书坑儒的做法非但让人及其反感，而且效果极差。汉武帝的方法是否值得借鉴？wikipedia和blogger里面是什么？都是知识和信息啊！都是全人类的文化和智慧啊！难道就因为里面包含了在“某些人”看来 “可能会”对国民产生负面影响和误导的极少数内容，就一刀切的干掉？这都是什么逻辑啊？！

如今，“和谐”的魔爪伸向了专业网站，sourceforge, freebsd都未能幸免于难，原因？？？我百思不得其解......难道和谐已经不需要理由了？月光博客上一文和另一文猜测了两种可能性：

其一：非常巧合的是，三天前我曾经介绍“五个最佳的编程文本编辑器”的时候，其中的一个开源项目Notepad++就是SourceForge的一个项目，该软件的台湾作者引起很大争议，因为他在该开源项目的首页声称要抵制某某运动会。

其二：SourceForge虽然也是英文界面的专业网站，但这个庞大的开放源代码软件仓库也长期被中国电信封锁，封锁的原因据说是里面有一个名为FreeNet的代理服务器的源代码软件项目。

哪种解释都没法让我信服，我不相信gfw会有如此低智商的主人，也不相信相关部门的决策者有精神病。原因有二：
第一，如果某人在家里宣布抵制运动会，我们就要让他家所在的小区甚至所在的城市人间蒸发（其实并没有消失，只是让自己人看不到而已）？这种做法好听一点的叫掩耳盗铃，不好听的就是若干与侮辱人智商相关的文明用语了。
第二，知道sourceforge是什么，并且能够去下载一个开源软件的人会因为区区一道墙就被阻止了？我们的祖先建立过如此伟大的墙，汉族文明却被墙外的铁骑一而再再而三的翻墙而过，踏在脚底。我们的祖先早已明白，墙的象征意义远远大于其最初被建立时所被期望的实用价值。不想翻墙的和不会翻墙的，你只要告诉他那里有道墙，他就不会心存妄想；有心想翻墙的，铜墙铁壁也是形同虚设。

这都是很浅显的道理，我能想到，墙的主人必定也能想到，所以我认为不会是因为上述二文中所提到的原因，但事实是sourceforge被封掉了（为了证实，我刚刚趴在墙头向那边瞄了一眼， sourceforge.net/org/com，硬硬的都还在），所以一定是有什么原因的，我宁愿相信这是一次操作失误，或者有其他什么不为人知的深层原因。同时，我保留对封杀者及其列祖列宗使用大量文明用语的权利。

我觉得sourceforge的被封（姑且不论是什么原因），就像是当年的大明朝大清朝的闭关锁国，禁止民间对外交流，禁止对外通商，禁止学外语，否则咔嚓咔嚓...那个时候这么做是有道理的，彼时天朝自认乃泱泱大国，礼仪之邦，地大物博，不屑也不必与蛮夷之邦交流通商，更不愿外来的思想文化误导国民，影响教化。问题是，那个时候的天朝有这样的自信心和自豪感，现在呢？ sourceforge是世界上最大的开源软件社区，是全球软件行业从业人员的智慧结晶，是软件技术学习与应用的宝库...就这样被毫无道理的拒之门外，我们有我们祖先的那种自信吗？我们的软件产业很牛吗？我们不屑于学习国外同行的技术与经验吗？我们不必参与到全球的软件发展进程中吗？一个专业的技术网站有什么能够颠覆国家政权影响社会和谐的阴谋吗？真正对sourceforge有需要的人会被挡在墙外吗？和谐不需要理由吗？

不知道政府的上访办能否接受要求互联网解禁的请求，如果可以，我的上访请求提纲如下：
1. 我是中华人民共和国公民，热爱祖国，拥护党和政府，
2. 我接受过初中以上教育，具有基本的分辨是非的能力，
3. 我是一个互联网使用者，工作和生活都与互联网相关，
4. 我坚决抵制并打心眼里讨厌xx功，x独以及其他一切破坏社会和谐安定团结的组织及其言论，即使不劳gfw，我自己也坚决把这些东西都封上，我请求gfw请注意力都放在上面，还国人一个清静和谐的互联网；
5. 我赞成非礼勿视，非礼勿听，非礼勿动的原则，对来自互联网的不健康内容做到视而不见，见而不信，同时我会尽力把这一点灌输给我的子女亲朋，肯定比gfw会尽心，所以不劳gfw，其实gfw也封不住；
6. 我强烈抗议gfw简单粗暴的工作方式，其基本工作原理是：墙上有个污点，就把屋子拆了，饭里有只苍蝇，就把食堂砸了。gfw本身是一面墙，我们理解创建它的初衷，我们也都不反对用它来屏蔽掉特定的信息，它的存在没有问题，有问题是墙的管理者，这种一刀切的工作作风是不负责任的表现，是缺乏能力的表现。
7. 建议政府的互联网管理工作也要透明化，就像越来越多的其他职能部门所做的那样。必需能经得起公众的质疑，比如：你有没有管理原则？你的原则是什么？ sourceforge或wikipedia这样的网站被封掉是基于什么样的原则？这样的原则合理吗？合理不合理是由谁来决定的？如果wikipedia 里存在某些你认为不当的内容，在不屏蔽掉整个网站的前提下，你能否屏蔽掉不当内容？为什么不能？是理论上不能还是你不能？是你嫌麻烦还是你能力不够？你知道wikipedia是可以自由修改的不？你能否把一刀切省下来的时间用来组织人力物力去创建和修改wiki条目，在全世界的互联网用户面前以正视听？做这样的事情，是x功 x独x会的力量大还是我们天朝力量大？还是你不屑于去做这样的事情？难怪da‘lai在海外一呼百应，是因为我们总是害怕自己的人民看到外面的“反动言论”，所以把自家的窗户封上，小人在外面说我们坏话我们连听都听不见，更不用说出去辩白，结果外人听了小人的话，都觉得我们是坏人，等到我们想跟人家去解释的时候，人家早已先入为主了。
8. 一个有气度有自信的民族是不会整天把心思放在如何阻塞国民的视野和言路上的，人民有分辨是非的能力，人民有发表看法的权利，人民有获取信息的自由，不要自以为是的小看了人民的能力、自制力和爱国精神，不要一到开大会之前（政府的，党的，甚至眼前这个运动会）就开始大规模的突击式建设和谐社会，这是为了完成领导提出的建设和谐互联网的要求吧？！“凡是境外的，脱离控制的，用户可以自由创作内容的东西通通封掉！”，难道领导就是这么要求的吗？

“和谐社会”不是现在提出来应景的，创建和谐社会是中国人自古以来的共同理想，当”和谐“一词被动词化的时候，就应该引起注意，以"和谐" 为名义的事情并不一定都是合理的，当某些事情需要被“和谐化”的时候，请考虑清楚“和谐”的目的是什么，“和谐”的原则是什么，必需被“和谐”的理由是什么，三思而后行，请不要给这么美好的一个词汇抹黑。

　SourceForge是开源软件项目中最重要的一个专业网站，其在开源软件行业中的地位举足轻重，然而这个网站今天突然无法访问了，无数人咨询我到底是什么原因。

　　经过我对路由的测试，经过电信骨干网的某个路由器时，访问被阻拦，因此相信这是电信的所为，中国电信对于专业技术类型网站的屏蔽令人感到不解，上一次的误封还是发生在2006年，这一次不知道又是为了什么原因。

　　非常巧合的是，三天前我曾经介绍“五个最佳的编程文本编辑器”的时候，其中的一个开源项目Notepad++就是SourceForge的一个项目，该软件的台湾作者引起很大争议，因为他在该开源项目的首页声称要抵制某某运动会。

　　这里又引出了另外几个话题：

　　1、程序员是否应该有自己的政治观点？

　　每个人都有自己的人生观和价值观，而程序员大部分都受过良好的高等教育，基本都具有独立思考的能力，而且程序员也是人，为什么不能有自己的价值观呢，因此程序员拥有自己的价值观是无可非议的。

　　2、程序员应该在哪里表达自己的观点？

　　每个人都有表达自己观点的权利，不过我觉得，该开源软件作者在其开源项目的页面阐述自己的政治观点，显得很不专业，因为对这个项目感兴趣的人可能并不关心政治，强迫别人将开源软件和政治挂钩是不合适的，如果要表达此类观点，应该在论坛BBS或者个人博客上表达，而不应该在开源项目的首页表达。

　　3、程序员应该如何表达自己的观点？

　　可能由于天天对着电脑的原因，大多数程序员都有一个天生的弱点，就是不善于表达自己，甚至让别人误解自己。可能自己本身很有想法，却表达不清楚，引来别人的误解和反感。对于一些有争议的问题，仅仅写上一行两行的文字就想表达出自己的观点，那是很幼稚而不成熟的行为。要想正确的表达自己的思想和观点，应该对事件核心的问题深思熟虑，相关的方面应该面面俱到，表达观点应该清晰、明确且有说服力，这样才能引起他人的思考而不是反感，可惜的是大多数程序员在这方面都是弱项。

　　当然，我希望SourceForge的无法访问不是因为这个项目的问题，然而不可否认的是，对于SourceForge这样一个庞大的软件开源项目的屏蔽，会对中国的软件发展产生严重的阻碍，影响中国的科技发展和进步。

　　背景简介：SourceForge 是全球最大的开放源代码软件开发平台和仓库。它集成了很多开放源代码应用程序，为软件开发提供了整套生命周期服务。SourceForge.net是开放源代码软件的开发者进行开发管理的集中式场所，也是源代码仓库。大量开源项目在此落户（2005年5月已经超过一百万），包括维基百科使用的 MediaWiki等等。

California First Amendment Coalition to Tell Congressional Commission that China’s Internet Censorship Violates WTO Treaties

CFAC, June 16, 2008--The California First Amendment Coalition (CFAC) will testify before a Congressional commission this week concerning the Chinese government’s system of internet censorship, which CFAC is challenging as a violation of free trade treaties enforced by the World Trade Organization (WTO).

The hearings on “Access to Information and Media Control in the People’s Republic of China” are being held Wednesday, June 18, in Washington, DC, before the U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission, a bipartisan commission created by Congress. The hearings will cover a range of topics concerning China’s information control policies, including information on ethnic unrest, participation by U.S. technology companies in internet censorship, and the application of WTO treaties to the “Great Firewall,” as China’s censorship system has come to be known.

Testifying for CFAC is Gilbert Kaplan, a trade law expert in Washington, who represents CFAC in its WTO initiative. In briefings to the US Trade Representative (USTR), the executive branch office that represents the U.S. government at the WTO, CFAC has contested China’s blocking of many US-based and other western websites that are either deemed offensive by Chinese government censors, or are feared by the government as potential platforms for self-expression by Chinese citizens.

Even when popular US-based websites are not being completely blocked inside China, the websites’ performance is seriously degraded by the Great Firewall, which adds several seconds (or more) to websites’ loading times, as experienced by people in China, says CFAC. This performance deficit puts US-based websites at a severe disadvantage compared to their Chinese competitors, whose websites’ function normally inside China.

CFAC has argued to the USTR that these practices violate the major treaties on international trade--the “GATT” and “GATS” treaties--to which China became subject when it joined the WTO in 2001. CFAC is petitioning the USTR to file a complaint against China with the WTO. A WTO ruling against China would put enormous pressure on the government of China to change its practices.

Also testifying at the hearing on Wednesday are Charles Freeman, the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington, Xiao Qiang, Director, China Internet Project, University of California-Berkeley, and Ronald J. Deibert, Director, Citizen Lab-Munk Centre for International Studies, University of Toronto, and Principal Investigator for the OpenNet Initiative, among other witnesses.

CFAC is supported in its China initiative by a consortium of organizations, including the UC Berkeley Graduate School of Journalism, the National Freedom of Information Coalition, and the China Internet Project at UC Berkeley, among others.

Kaplan, CFAC’s lawyer, is a partner in the law firm of King & Spalding and specialist in international disputes involving price discrimination, government subsidies and intellectual property infringement. As a senior government official, Kaplan was in charge of enforcing U.S. antidumping and countervailing duty laws for the Department of Commerce in the 1980s.

CFAC, a nonprofit organization, advocates for Freedom of Speech and more open and accountable government. In addition to education programs and providing free legal consultations to journalists, ethnic media, bloggers and activists, CFAC files test-case lawsuits. In early 2008 CFAC organized the legal defense of wikileaks.org, a controversial and innovative whistleblower website that had been shut down by a federal court order.

国家工业和信息化部：

全国最大的乙肝携带者公益网站“肝胆相照论坛”的地址突然被屏蔽，在我国大陆全境已经无法登录。对于这一破坏互联网正常秩序、破坏社会安定团结、给国家抹黑的行为，我们特向贵部举报。

5月29日，“肝胆相照论坛”突然无法正常登录，经过技术测试得知，是由于网站的IP地址被屏蔽。5月30日，“肝胆相照论坛”更换了IP地址，然而，5月31日，新的IP地址再度被屏蔽。

中国的乙肝携带者有近一亿之多，由于社会的偏见和歧视，这一庞大群体的生存状况悲惨，逐步沦为弱势群体。根据有关机构发布的统计数据，超过五成的乙肝患者因为乙肝的原因丢掉了理想的工作和学习机会。

“肝胆相照论坛”是全国最大的乙肝携带者公益网站，长期为乙肝携带者提供各方面信息服务，受到广大乙肝携带者的普遍喜爱。近年来，“肝胆相照”网站还积极倡导消除歧视，大力宣传国家的反歧视政策和法律，为化解社会矛盾、增进社会稳定做出了巨大贡献。受到全社会的高度好评。

显然，屏蔽“肝胆相照论坛”这样一个受到全国乙肝携带者普遍喜爱的网站、受到全社会高度好评的网站，是一种不得民心的行为，是一种在人民群众中间给国家抹黑的行为，是一种在国际社会中给国家抹黑的行为。同时，这一行为，还在近一亿乙肝携带者中制造和蓄积了愤怒与仇恨！

这种行为，不但是对互联网正常秩序的破坏，也有损于维护社会稳定、有损于社会安定团结。

作为一个提倡“以人为本”的政府，有责任维护这样一个受到人民喜爱的网站不受干扰和破坏，有责任查处屏蔽该网站给国家抹黑的行为，有责任纠正屏蔽该网站在人民群众中制造愤怒和仇恨的行为。

在此，特依据《中华人民共和国电信条例》和《互联网信息服务管理办法》》向贵部举报上述屏蔽“肝胆相照论坛”www.hbvhbv.com的IP地址的行为，盼贵部能够及时调查这一事件，尽早解开屏蔽，并对相关责任者做出严肃处理。以便消除这一屏蔽行为在乙肝携带者群众中造成和蓄积的愤怒与仇恨，真正维护政府一直提倡的“以人为本”、“为人民服务”的形象。

不要把GFW的功劳记到别人头上

今天几大网站显著位置都放着一篇文章《法新路透美联搜索引擎屏蔽抵制藏独信息》，想必是指定发布的文章，堪称奇文。

文章作者试图在几大通讯社的网站搜索引擎当中，用不同关键词的检索结果，来证明西方的通讯社的报道是有严重偏向性的。其中，“用‘dalai lama’(达赖喇嘛)搜索”，用检索结果来认定“法新社没有一张表现达赖集团打砸抢烧杀的新闻图片”。这是很有意思的事，在搜索者主观的认定当中，“打砸抢烧杀”肯定与达赖有关，官方的指控亦如此，但西方的通讯社未必会作这样的关联，搜不出来也不为奇。作者先入为主，倒把责任怪到别人头上去了。

文章称：4月19日，千龙网记者先上路透社中文网，用该网的新闻搜索引擎，以“抢夺奥运火炬”为关键词进行搜索，页面上出现的“查询结果”显示“没有找到符合‘抢夺奥运火炬’的信息，请修改查询条件后重试”；而以“藏独”、“打砸抢烧”等热门关键词进行搜索，居然出现“该页面无法显示”。

就前半句而言，只能说明该文作者的搜索技术太差了。一个西文通讯社中文网的搜索引擎，并不能指望有很好的中文分词技术，全文匹配搜索能力也未可知，用一个长达六个字的“抢夺奥运火炬”作为关键词，搜不到实在不足为奇。西文通讯社中文网，不是百度，更不是谷歌。

更有意思的是后半句，作者说“居然出现‘该页面无法显示’”，如果作者不是活在真空里，那就真得怀疑作者在指桑骂槐说反话了。经常使用境外搜索引擎的人大多都知道，搜索结果碰到敏感词，就会出现“该页面无法显示”，这不关路透社中文网的事，实在应把功劳记在中国的GFW上。

关于屏蔽的问题

原本想回帖但是想想还是发一个贴解释清楚

给国内一些不了解状况的朋友:

国内方面的确存在屏蔽,但是不会是针对ANTI CNN国内方面的屏蔽是GFW, 无差别双向过滤敏感字眼.

GFW选择屏蔽的是敏感字眼,不是内容.也就是说,不管你的帖子是多么向着我国,只要出现了关键词,都会被屏蔽掉.具体哪些词我不是很确定,但是似乎有屠X这个词.

GFW的过滤是双向的,也就是说,进出国内外的信息是被检测的,而在国内浏览国内的信息则无法监控. 所以很多人用来反驳国内屏蔽的理由"我在国内上的好好的"是没有意义,GFW只针对国外的访问(本站的服务器是在国内是吧)以及访问国外地址的国内IP.

GFW屏蔽,我的经验是,打开一个网页,如果上面有敏感字的话就会立刻跳向该页无法显示,此后几分钟内整个网站无法打开.

国外的朋友如果不是这样的话,那么就不是国内方面的屏蔽.

我对屏蔽也是很无奈的,最近刷政治贴被这样踢了不知道多少次.

但是国外的朋友也注意一下,有可能有屏蔽的不仅仅是中国,你所在国也可能有屏蔽,原因是有些敏感内容在不同国家的人有些能看到,有些不行.虽然无法确认,但是暗示了国外的各国似乎也不是那么"自由"的.

最后,ANTICNN这两天的问题应该是被攻击而不是屏蔽,至少不会是被国内GFW屏蔽的.

还有一个请求是,请论坛的朋友在发言的时候注意一下不要用一些可能会被屏蔽的词,这样我们这些在海外的人不至于被踢掉. 前几天的确是因为这个原因而打不开论坛的帖子.

说西方媒体在新闻报道中对我国一贯以偏概全、报忧不报喜真是一点儿都不假。举个例子来说，西方媒体总是不断地叫嚣，说中国封锁国外网站、互联网不能完全开放，然而这帮别有用心的西方人为什么从来不去报道这个问题光明的一面——那就是，我们中国的互联网敏感词过滤技术和网址封锁技术稳居全世界第一，无人能比。这难道不能充分体现在党的领导下我国科学技术的突飞猛进吗？为什么西方媒体对此视而不见、从不提及？真该 Anti 丫的！

说到这里，我们中国网民就更应该为自己感到自豪。世界上没有哪个国家的网民像我们这样富有创造性，懂得如何在互联网上巧妙处理敏感词。打开这几天的论坛、博客看看，仅仅对“西藏”这个词的另类拼写方法就让人看得眼花缭乱：西臧、习藏、希藏、西 | 藏、西*藏、XZ、XiZang、XZang、Xi藏……

西方媒体是无法理解我们这个伟大国家的过人之处的：自己国家的一个省级地区的官方名称都能成为敏感词！牛逼吧？

当然，我们人民内部自己的问题还是存在的，这些我们会自己处理，不需要外来势力的干涉。例如：这次“西 | 藏”成了敏感词，那么假如下次“北京”成了敏感词怎么办？联想下去，如果“西直门”、“前门”、“朝阳门”、“郭德纲”、“刘德华”这些词都成了敏感词怎么办？但我相信这是不会难倒富有智慧的中国网民的。在不久的将来你可能会看到下面这种文章段落：

“对于最近在北 | 京闹得沸沸扬扬的郭de纲事件我想说两句。Guo德缸在前 / 门、西直Men说相声我不反对，可是在朝阳MEN表演这种段子我就觉得很不应该。CHAOYANGMEN是B京重要的地区，是北JING的骄傲，是BJ不可分割的一部分，让锅得钢这种人在潮阳闷说相声是对CHAO羊门的亵渎，对北精的亵渎！我们要齐心协力抵制G | D | G！”

加拿大广播公司呼吁中国开放其网站

蒙特利尔消息：加拿大广播公司日前呼吁中国有关部门解除对该公司网站的封锁。据法新社星期六报道，加拿大广播公司总裁兼首席执行官拉克鲁瓦致信中国驻加拿大大使卢树民表示，今年对中国是重要的一年，在举办北京奥运会之际，全世界的眼睛都在注视着中国。拉克鲁瓦表示，中国总理温家宝承诺让外国媒体自由地报道中国，中国最近也开放了英国广播公司的网站。拉克鲁瓦呼吁中方对封锁该公司的网站作出调查和说明。据报道，在去年下半年，加拿大广播公司的法文网站在中国被封锁。今年年初，该公司的英文网站在中国被封锁。

国奥会促北京在奥运时勿封锁互联网

国际奥委会警告说，中国必须在8月份北京奥运会举办期间确保互联网畅通无阻。

国际奥委会协调委员说，根据北京奥运会的承办合同规定，中国有责任为所有记者提供使用互联网的便利。

国际奥委会高级官员格斯珀警告中国奥委会官员说，如果中国试图在奥运会期间封锁互联网，那会有损于中国的形象。

中国政府被指责在上个月西藏发生抗议示威之后加紧了对互联网的控制。

在过去7年一直同中国联络的国际奥委会的协调委员会将在奥运会举办前夕最后一次访问中国。

格斯珀说，在西藏发生抗议示威和骚乱期间，中国封锁了部分互联网网站，这点令人关注。

来自全世界的三万名记者预计将前往北京，参加奥运会赛事的报道。

中国当局经常封锁一些互联网网站，特别是限制网民登陆外国的新闻媒体网站。

ARTICLE 19 calls on authorities to lift ongoing suspension of website

Kazakhstan: Censorship of Independent Websites

ARTICLE 19 is deeply concerned about the selective application of Internet regulations and the suspension of major independent websites in Kazakhstan.

On 18 October 2007 the authorities in Kazakhstan blocked four independent websites which published links to audio files containing politically sensitive telephone conversations alleged to feature senior government officials. In the files the speakers use strong language to discuss Rakhat Aliyev, a former ally of President Nursultan Nazarbayev who now lives in exile in Europe.

One of the blocked sites, kub.kz, is hosted outside Kazakhstan. It was subsequently suspended by the official website regulator, the Kazakhstan Network Information Center (KazNIC), under the "Regulation for the Allocation of Domain Space in the Kazakhstan Segment of the Internet" which prohibits sites with the .kz domain from being hosted abroad. However, the KazNIC website itself ( http://nic.kz ) is hosted in the USA, suggesting the selective targeting of specific websites. No prior notice or warning was sent to the websites to enable them to address the alleged irregularities.

As of 29 January the site kub.kz remains suspended. The audio files and transcriptions thereof are freely available on other sites.

This regulation goes contrary to the very nature of the Internet itself as is a global network of communication. Kazakhstan is a signatory to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR), which guarantees the right to freedom of expression, and as such is legally bound not to introduce any regulation or act in a manner that is contrary to the ICCPR's purpose and spirit. Furthermore, Kazakhstan's Constitution and a number of other international agreements also impose upon it a duty to protect and respect freedom of expression and information, which inter alia includes protection of Internet content and its infrastructure from technical or other undue interferences. Freedom of expression also includes the right to criticise public officials, who are further expected to display a greater degree of tolerance to criticism than citizens.

The Internet is an extremely important medium of communication and expression. Under international human rights law on the right to freedom of expression, any restrictions on access to the Internet must be very carefully scrutinised: any such measures should be provided by law, pursue a legitimate aim (e.g. the protection of the rights or reputation of others) and be necessary (rather than simply "useful" or "appropriate") in a democratic society. Outright restrictions on access to the Internet, such as the blocking of access to particular independent websites, do not fulfill this test and are therefore unjustifiable obstacles to the realisation of the right to free expression.

ARTICLE 19 calls on the Kazakhstan authorities to allow kub.kz, and the Internet generally, to operate free from interference, subject to the very narrow exceptions envisaged by international human rights law.

ARTICLE 19 is an independent human rights organisation that works globally to protect and promote the right to freedom of expression. It takes its name from Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which guarantees free speech.

Yemen blocks independent news websites

Numerous Yemeni websites have been blocked recently by government-controlled ISPs. Among them is the popular YemenPortal (English version of the site here), Yemen’s first multi-source news crawler and search engine, which extracts headlines from news sites that are being blocked by the authorities. YemenPortal is inviting Yemeni internet users to access the website through a mirror they build at yemen.arabiaportal.net.

According to Reporters Without Borders access to at least seven other Yemeni websites have been blocked since October:

Access to YemenPortal from within Yemen was blocked two days after Prime Minister Ali Mohammed Mujawar and other government officials accused the press on 17 January of “jeopardising the country’s national interest” and “promoting incitement to secession.”

In May of the last year, Yemen’s Ministry of Telecommunications blocked access to two opposition news websites (www.al-shoura.net and www.aleshteraki.net) because they reported on the humanitarian situation and the fighting between the army and Shia rebels in the northern province of Sa’ada.

In this interview I speak with YemenPortal.net administrator Walid Al-Saqaf, who talks about the threats to the freedom of online expression in his country:

Sami: what kind of websites that are being blocked in Yemen and how do you explain the recent move by Yemeni government-controlled ISP’s to ban your website and others?

Walid: I believe RSF made an excellent and thoughtful assessment in their release when they said the regime is suffering from a number of setbacks and challenges and decided to target the media instead of resolving them. Indeed, news websites have started to gain popularity and influence public opinion more than any other time in the past. YouTube videos of the ruthless attacks by security forces against protesters in Aden were posted online in YemenPortal.net and news, views and discussions on the separatist movement in the south along with the rebel war in the north have all had strong influences on the local press, which are increasingly picking up and rerunning stories and news from online media sources.

In other words, the government is fearful of new media’s influence on public opinion and would like to suppress it, just as it did for broadcast and print media through monopoly and licensing restrictions.

Sami: Who is responsible for the block? Was it a governmental decision to bar access to YemenPortal?

Walid: It is definitely the government, but it is not clear to me which part of it. I heard from reliable sources that it is the national security apparatus that prompted this ban. This also came after harsh comments by the Minister of Information (as reported in the above RSF release). But it is 100% clear that the government was the one behind the ban.

Sami: How would you assess the general filtering situation in Yemen?

Walid: One word: ‘alarming’. This is because we are supposed to be in a democratic country where freedom of the press and expression are guaranteed in the constitution. This is a serious blow to all the pledges the regime gave to the public and the world. It is particularly alarming to see that the government is careless about complaints from international advocacy groups and organizations in the face of such oppression. The more the world criticizes the regime, the more it insists on it, noting that it is a ‘domestic’ issue that other nations or organizations should not interfere in. The censorship of pornographic websites has been tolerated by the society, but the government’s resorting to censorship of websites merely for news and opinion marks a dangerous tendency towards dictatorship.

Sami: What has been the response of Yemeni Internet users to the the ban?

Walid: The response was positive to a very large extent. I received solidarity messages and hundreds of requests for membership. Readers are expecting the alternative domain (yemen.arabiaportal.net) to be blocked any time, so they would like to stay in touch and learn the second alternative domain that we will use if/when the first alternative domain is blocked.
There are however certain elements on the net that seem to support blocking websites. This is a minority and in my own opinion, they are either misguided or actually elements paid for by the authorities to give the impression that readers want this ban to ‘protect national interests’ and other rubbish.

What I would like to point out here is that the nature of YemenPortal.net as an umbrella and source of information on thousand+ sources makes banning it equivalent to banning information coming from all those sources. The search engine had already tracked more than 200,000 items and is growing rapidly. It has an English section as well and strives to cover the widest array of sources on Yemen as possible. It started in Yemen but was planned to extend to the Arab world through the arabiaportal.net project. But this ban held us back.

The aim is to liberate people from restrictions on what they can see and read. In a solidarity meeting with more than a couple dozen news website managers and workers in Sana’a on Jan 23, a decision was taken to fight this ban by applying new technologies and techniques to allow blocked websites to have a prominent location on the front page of YemenPortal.net and renew the website’s DNS whenever one is blocked. This way we hope to neutralize the impact of censorship because it is virtually impossible for the government to keep on blocking each and every website that has a link to the dynamic DNS that will be created.

Insurgency against Internet filtering: Yemen’s electronic media’s reaction to crackdown on Web sites

Yemen’s major news aggregator and portal calls for “insurgency against Internet filtering” after the government of Yemen blocked the portal and at least 7 other news Web sites. The portal, yemenportal.net, warned in a press release (Arabic) that, unless the government unblocks the news sites, the portal will provide space for banned websites to display their content in full.

ONI confirmed the inaccessibility of several news Web sites from Yemen this month and found out that this new wave of political blocking is not transparent. Users who attempt to access these news Web sites encounter error messages instead of the standard explicit blockage which the filtering regime returns for attempts to access objectionable content such as sex.

Political filtering in Yemen is not new but this new crackdown on news Web sites comes amid political turmoil and social unrest. There have been renewed clashes between the army and religious Shiite groups in the north, and demonstrations organized by former army members in the south who demand political reforms.

The Committee to Protect Journalists interviewed Walid Al-Saqaf, founder of yemenportal.net, and reported that,

Al-Saqaf said he believes his site may have been blocked after it posted citizen videos of a January 13 protest in the southern port city of Aden. The videos show security forces firing unprovoked at the crowd, he said, in contradiction of the government’s account.

土耳其法院再次下令封锁YouTube网站

新浪科技讯北京时间1月21日消息，据国外媒体报道，土耳其一家法院宣布封锁视频共享网站YouTube，原因是YouTube上有一些讽刺土耳其国父穆斯塔法·基马尔(Mustafa Kemal Ataturk)的视频剪辑。据悉，这已是土耳其第二次封锁YouTube网站，上次封锁该网站也是出于同样原因。

　　土耳其安卡拉一家法院于1月17日下令封锁YouTube网站，试图访问该网站的土耳其用户会看到英语和土耳其语提示的“该网站已被禁止访问”的字样。

　　去年3月，土耳其一家法院因为YouTube网站上有讽刺土耳其国父穆斯塔法·基马尔的视频剪辑而宣布封锁该网站，YouTube随即删除了这些视频剪辑，两天后法院取消了封锁令。去年9月，土耳其东部一家法院也曾因类似原因下令封锁YouTube网站，但该禁令并未真正实施。

　　上周日，土耳其一家报纸报道称，安卡拉一家法院已下令封锁YouTube网站，此次封锁将持续多长时间尚不得而知。YouTube表示希望能够尽快恢复对其网站的访问。

　　土耳其并不是唯一曾对YouTube网站实施封锁的国家，去年泰国政府也曾因YouTube网站有涉嫌污辱泰国国王普密蓬·阿杜德(Bhumibol Adulyadej)的视频剪辑而封锁YouTube网站长达四个月之久。

　　去年5月，摩洛哥也曾发生过用户无法访问YouTube网站的事件，当地官员曾表示这只技术故障而已，但却没有解释为何只有YouTube网站无法访问。(刘继中)
