德国之声：中国文化部拒绝向美国著名歌手鲍勃·迪伦（Bob Dylan）发出演出许可，鲍勃·迪伦将因此取消其亚洲巡回演出的计划。

据经纪公司透露，他们此前曾希望，鲍勃·迪伦在日本举行演唱会后，能够到其它亚洲地区继续演出，其中包括香港、北京、上海和台湾。但由于中国文化部拒绝为北京和上海的两场演出颁发许可证，因此鲍勃·迪伦的巡回演出计划宣告搁浅。《南华早报》引述经纪人Jeffrey Wu称，鲍勃·迪伦非常希望能在中国大陆演出，如果无法做到这一点，他也无意前往香港、台湾和韩国等其它地方。尽管如此，鲍勃·迪伦在日本多个城市举办演唱会的计划不变。
