2009 最新排行：中国排名全球最适宜居住国家第121位

最新出版的双月刊外交重磅杂志《Foreign Policy》，刊发了2009年的全球“失败国家”排名（The Failed States Index 2009）。中国排名“失败国家”行列第57位（最好国家第121位）。

“失败国家排名”（The Failed States Index）是由国际著名政治刊物《Foreign Policy》联合和平基金会于2005年开发推出的（又称为“全球最不适宜人类居住的国家排名”），2009年参与排名的国家总数达到了177个，几乎包含了绝大多数的联合国成员国（192个）。中国排名第57位，也就是说世界上有2/3的国家比中国更适合人类居住。

2009年的失败国家排名中，最失败的国家分别是（第一名到第10名）：索马里（Somalia）、津巴布韦（Zimbabwe）、苏丹（Sudan）、乍德（Chad）、刚果民主共和国（Dem Rep Of Congo）、伊拉克（Iraq）、阿富汗（Afghanistan）、中非共和国（Central Africa Republic）、圭亚那（Guinea）、巴基斯坦（Pakistan）等国家。

排在咱之前的分别是菲律宾（53），摩尔多瓦（54）,安哥拉（55），阿塞拜疆（56）。排在咱之后的分别是以色列（58），土库曼斯坦（59），赞比亚（60）。

再看看咱社会主义阵营，朝鲜是第17位最失败国家（个人感觉还可以再靠前一点），老挝44，古巴76，越南94。咱要比老挝好，但还赶不上古巴。

2009年最不失败（最好）的国家是挪威（Norway），其他最好的国家依次为芬兰（Finland）、瑞典（Sweden）、瑞士（Switzerland）、爱尔兰（Ireland）、丹麦（Denmark）、新西兰（New Zealand）、澳大利亚（Australia）、荷兰（Netherlands）等国。较多华人聚居的加拿大位居最好国家的第12位（最不好第166 名），而亚洲国家中最好的国家则是日本，排名于最好国家的第14位（最不好第164名）。

导致中国排名 “失败国家”第57位主要是3项指数过高：“人口总数压力”（指数为9，Demographic Pressures）、“贫富不均”（指数为9.2，Uneven Development）和人权问题（指数为8.9，Human Rights）。

中国在2009年的总评分数为84.6，比2008年总评分数80.3增加4.3分。中国的排名比2008年的第68位，前进了11位，到了第57 位，进入了所谓的“失败国家”排行前60名的国家。其它联合国常务理事国排名为俄国（71名，最好107名）、法国（158名，最好20名）、美国（159名，最好19名）、英国（161名，最好17名）。

补充一下韩国是153名，　
也就是最适宜生活国家排名25名。　　
奉劝粪粪们别老是笑人家吃不起猪肉，发不了火箭了

忘了说印度了，因为只要谈到中国的问题，就会有人强烈建议和印度比，那就来看看印度的状况吧

印度排名最适宜居住国家：第91位(中国第121位)　　
中国慢慢赶吧，只差印度30个身位(国位)，小意思

Bloggers Against Censorship was set up to collate information about and influence opinion against the Indian Government's apparent notice to various ISPs to block blogs hosted on blogspot.com and typepad.com. All Yahoo! Geocities web sites have also been blocked by most Indian ISPs since July 1, 2006.

There are many questions raised by these actions. This effort is aimed at nothing less than ensuring the Government will never again do something like this. There should be no site or group of sites that they will ever again be able to block; in fact, there should be no book they will ban, no infringement on freedoms at all ever again. It is against our constitutional Right to Freedom of Speech and Expression.

This wiki was initiated to become a central resource around this issue, by the Bloggers Collective group which is collating and disseminating information on this issue. You can either join the e-mailing list or subscribe to RSS Feeds.
