Ignoring real issues or feelings may only anger a Scorpio more. We both seem to bear out our zodiac and compatibility profiles, the good and the bad! Instead of toughening up the Cancer guy, I'd advise the Scorpio-Cancer couple to bond enough so that the Cancer guy feels secure enough in the relationship to withstand Scorpio's sharp tongue during arguments. Cancers and Scorpios bond well as water signs. Cancers hide in their shells when hurt, but Scorpios hide in secrecy. So, if Cancers should work on not retreating from conflict, Scorpios should work on opening up more. That way, mutual understanding between the two signs will prevent arguments arising from misunderstsandings that triggered insecurities.
