I know an aries guy but he isn't flashy or over confident. He doesn't seem to fit this criteria. However he's still distinctly Aries.

I was still in school and when we were going into year 11, we started talking. He was friends with a past boyfriend of mine so we didn't really see each other or talk a lot until year 11 started and he ended up being in my English class, for the next 2 years.

He was always ordered around by his friends and he never resented it. He never talked much, usually just hanging back and laughing at everything other people said and only doing what other people told him to. But then, out of blue, he invited me to a movie. We ended up kissing and admitting mutual attraction. heh.

After that, he started to be really quiet around me. The main communication ended up being.

I am a Aries woman who about 6 months ago was in a relationship with a Cancer woman, that was only 6 months long. Instantly we were attracted to each other, however I had mixed feelings from the start because she was so direct and aggressive toward "having" me, sexually mostly that it confused me. I had never had anyone pursue me that hard but I definitely liked it, I found her to be sooo sexy.
Almost as fast as it started it began to fizzal out and I started coming at her stronger, it was the chase and the fact that she wasn't all in my face, I liked that. Next thing you know we're together almost everyday and the feelings seem mutual, than she asked me to leave with her!!! The first time she asked me I said no, and she stated that I didn't love her, which was intersting because how did she know I had falling in love with her in such a short amount of time? The next time she asked me, I said yes, because I felt something deep for her but wasn't to sure of what it was that I felt. We started living together and I couldn't be happier. I was in love or so it felt and she was the woman of my dreams, but I would admit I had doubt throughout because of her mood swings. Sometimes I felt like I was the love of her life and other times I felt like she hated me.
As an aries I started leading and not following, mostly to protect my feelings. I would do things without her request to make her happy and to ultimately make our relationship better, but all my actions were looked at as controlling, showing off, and making her feel "less of a human". I told her she never knew me and I didnt understand why she would be with someone like me if she thought I was like that. She couldn't asnwer, only by saying she always found herself in abusive controlling relationships and I took that to mean this was no different.
I was so confused because I worked so hard on making her happy, by any means necessary, but it always ended badly. I was lost, exhausted, and frustrated and started lashing out with anger and was basically ignoring her because when I would pay her the most attention by asking her how her day was, or what was on her mind, or what was wrong She would get u[pset and tell me that I needed to stop and that I never listened to her. HUH?! what do you want from me??? I was spending so much time on maintaining my relationship, and yes volunaterly that is affected my work and friendships. She was jealous of my friendships which I never understood because I wanted her to be with me and my friends and join my life but she wanted no part. I think she couldn't make up her mind to be with me or not. We would have this moment of complete bliss and happiness and than anger and hatered. It was a huge rollercoaster ride that stressed both of us. I finally left her after a huge arguement that resulted in me calling her an idiot and her telling me that I was ashamed of being gay, though I was the only one that claimed thier sexuality, she couldn't call herself anything, she just liked sleeping with women.

It hurts still, I am still in love with her, but realize we can never be together. I miss her.

the best thing you did thus far was tell your truth.. nothing could be more liberating than that, and believe it or not, men respect it. So, give him time... if you see that he's still interested and attracted keep it low pressure.... I wouldn't be sleeping with him though if he's told you he can't committ....cus that's one sure fire way of getting some major heartache..... so, yea.... that's my two cents..... arians respond well to honesty.... there's just never any guarantees, is there?

I'm a scorpion female. And i have a bit of a thing for a Arien male.
I know that he wants me. But i'm not sure if he just wants sex, because our sex is so great. I want a relationship. I want something real. But i'm not sure if he is capable of committing to that. And i know that if something does eventuate, my possessive/jealous streak will get the better of me, because he has about a million girls at his fingertips and is a hell of a looker. Well I am an Aries Guy and was with a cancerian guy for 11 years - we aren't meant to be a good match yet through our relationship, many of our friends wanted what we had and while I am very spiritual (pagan) and believe in lots of things - I don't think it's always the star sign that makes a the guy or gal what they are!

Allthough I didn't want the relationship to end - I didn't stick around thinking that I owned this guy or try and get him back - we have remained great friends and even tho I was the one that provided financially in the relationship - I happily split our possessions between us!

I am a scorp/sag cusp female and Aries and I r a perfect match. The sex is hot hot hot but my Sag side loosens me up and keeps me from being 2intense and vengful. I am a taurus woman an he's a Aries man we've been around each other since Dec. '98. We have been friends with benefits but whenever we were in committed relationships we cooled it off. I got married in 2001 and seperated by 2002, he came to see me after the relationship ended. Then he sent me an email asking me to come out and live with him and he would take care of me. I ignored the email and we continued on and off as friends. In 2005, he began to pursue again, by now I have two kids and he's still flirting. We met up last dec. and everything was like old times. He introduced me as his girlfriend which shocked me. Oh and he lives three states from me. Now my son has to go to the state he lives in for a month for surgery. Dizzy Dan: Been there. the hard thing is that you have to move on. The aries already has. I had an aries tell me himself that compared to most other signs they are VERY shallow. This is from there cardinal nature. They are quick burning fires of passion. Once they are over something, they are over it. The only way that they will rekindle is if they have the opportunity to, meaning obtaining something all over again. So, you have to move on even if you want the aries back. They are attracted to games being the child of the zodiac. The aries isn't posting anything about you, promise. It sucks because they start things they don't finish.

I've been dating an Aries guy for about 9 and a half months and this post makes me scared. If anyone has any thoughts on this, please let me know, I need input. :S

He's a typical Aries - dominant, headstrong, stubborn. I'm a Leo - opinionated, stubborn, headstrong. When we first met each other he came after me but was very particular about not making any promises. He was 'chasing' me because that's what he was into - the chase.

Eventually (after a lot of power struggle between the two of us) we started dating and this is the longest relationship he's been in (same for me). BUT we see each other almost every day now. He usually invites me to his house or comes over mine unannounced (which I like). I noticed that when I invite him to mine, he tends to say no. But when he's the one inviting me I really have no choice because he'll literally say: "You're coming over. Be ready in fifteen." and that'll be the end of it. That's just how he rolls. I don't mind, I like it.

Anyway, are we seeing each other too much? I'm 19 and he's 18 and I'm afraid that he may lose interest. He has the world of women at his fingertips and he can get any of them. Jackie, you are soooo right about Aries being very attracted to water signs, especially the guys. They think we're playing a cat and mouse game with them when really we're just too diplomatic about saying "get the hell away from me." And we like the fact that they usually make the first move, which means we don't have to do it. They're fun and romantic, but too pushy, demanding, and domineering for us (well, except Scorpio).
