One Saturday, instead of our usual classroom lecture, she took the whole class to the gym to do an hour of yoga to relax us for a midterm the next day. I was against this way-out technique at first (my Saturn in Virgo was screaming "where's our exam review?!"), but I'm so glad she took us because I've been a yoga aficionado ever since. It definitely helps calm my nerves. I decided to take yoga as a PE elective in college because of that experience. My instructor's voice was so soothing that I used to fall asleep during poses! I really enjoyed when he took us on a field trip for yoga on a mountain.
